In 2010, hurricanes pop up all over the world and 6 billion people lose their lives. As a result, the earth has changed so much the map must be completely redrawn. Japan survived and recovered a bit thanks to technology they have been researching for a long time. However, the rich and poor are now separated, and a special military squad was created in order to keep the rich and poor from breaking out into a war.
