This is the sequel to Rozen Maiden, the sotry continues...

In this sequel, Shinku is tormented by the destruction of Suigin Tou at the end of the original Rozen Maiden series. As a result, Shinku has lost her will to play the Alice Game.

However, the 7th Rozen Maiden doll, the last doll which none of the others had ever seen, Bara Suishou, has awakened. Her presence signals the beginning of the end of the Alice Game. The sole winner of the Game is said to be able to attain perfection, while the losers are reduced to junk.
